Objective: To create a dynamic email strategy designed to welcome new customers and to appeal to existing subscriber base. Primary objective is conversion both in on-line and in-store sales.

Welcome E-Mail Series: Upon email capture customer will enter Welcome email series that will include the following

  1. General Welcome Email with the vibe of the company

First year expectations:

In the course of a year I would expect that we could grow the email marketing list to 15k. From that size list, based on previous experience, I would expect attributable sales to email to be in the 500-600k range. Marketing investment for the year would be roughly 42K, making for an incredibly profitable ROI.
