Creative Digital Marketing Direction: Capeway Cannabis: Responsible for direct email, blog and text strategies for the brand. Through the course of 2023 we have grown email subscriptions by 40% and have pushed consistent open rates at an average of 35%. We continue to see a strong correlation in sales and attendance at promoted events from the content that is promoted and distributed via the outlined channels.

Branding and Creative Marketing Strategist: The Women’s Center: Responsible for rebranding efforts that include logo, mission statement, creative development, content development and marketing tools including web site, email series, printed literature and social media content.

In over twelve months have been able to triple class bookings, lower acquisition cost and substantially reduce marketing expenditure for increased ROI.

Creative Digital Marketing Director: VesselVanguard: Responsible for the implementation and execution of a full-scale digital marketing plan. Crafted many digital sales funnels including micro landing sites, automated and intuitive e-mail and retargeting efforts. These funnels converted at a rate of  21.7%. Led a team responsible for the execution of paid advertising, search engine optimization, API Integration, graphic design, email automation, geo targeting, web development and more. Work in conjunction with International Marine Retailers, Manufacturers and Service Providers to craft digital alliances to promote web traffic. Through these digital partnerships we have introduced the brand to a pool of roughly 900k new, unique visitors.

Digital Marketing and Creative Director: American Blanket Company | October 2017 through August 2018

Responsible for the creation and execution of dynamic marketing plans and the associated creative assets designed to fuel growth of a small, on-line sales platform. Used various digital strategies that included tools such as Google Ad-Words, dynamic, paid social media campaigns, strategic, multi layered e-mail marketing campaigns and search engine optimization strategies. This strategy led our company to achieve year over year sales results in excess of 40%. This was done by analyzing data points, adjusting campaigns accordingly and constantly looking for new and innovative ways to digitally position the brand.

Digital Marketing Specialist: South Coast Media Group | January 2017 through October 2017

Responsible for the sales and marketing of a broad spectrum of digital marketing tools designed to propel small and mid-sized businesses to achieve sales objectives. In addition to search engine marketing, pay per click campaigns and optimization strategies, specifically focused on social media marketing that included sponsored campaigns using Facebook, Instagram and Linked-in, e-mail marketing campaigns and targeted and re-targeted display advertising across the internet. Also responsible for strategic planning of print campaigns across a wide range of offerings. Sales efforts tracked and updated through the use of Salesforce.

Marketing Director and Sales Associate: Dwell SOCO and Lanagan and Co. Inc. | January 2015 through May 2016

Creative direction and production of the brand Dwell SOCO, a hip, upscale and digital residential real estate firm. Based in New Bedford, Dwell SOCO marketed and sold over 30 properties in 2015. In that time frame, not only did I act as marketing director, I also listed and closed on 15 real estate deals in my first year as a licensed real estate agent and realtor in the state of Massachusetts. Due to the success of this brand, I further lead the creative direction and rebranding of marketing from Dwell SOCO into the brand Lanagan and Co. Inc. These brands both focused on e-mail marketing, social media outreach via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and various other appropriate social media distribution outlets. Both brands focused on sales territory along the south coast of Massachusetts and the islands.

Creative Marketing Director: On the Avenue Agency | The New York Times Account | March 2013 through January 2015

Responsible for the national promotion, sales and creative direction of the digital arm of The New York Times. In pop up, social media fueled and digital environments, The New York Times was marketed across the country at such major events as South by SouthWest in Austin, TX, The Consumer Electronics Show in New York, NY, Mac World in San Francisco and as a holiday showcases in Downtown Santa Monica, CA and in the French Quarter of New Orleans, LA. Responsible for brand distribution through interactive, social media fueled environments where the digital subscription model of the media outlet was sold. Led a national team of sales professionals to market the media brand in over thirty major cities across the country.

Worked on major graphic and digital design projects in addition to high end planning and design services in the 5-star event arena. In addition, created a digitally fueled and social media platform for the distribution of creative content from the world of digital, interior and event design. Managed teams of 20-70 staff members, sub-contractors and associated vendors across a broad scope of each creative project.  Responsible for the management and administration of annual total project budgets in excess of 1 million Dollars.

Responsible for the management of 25 million Dollars of predominately municipal and highly rated corporate bonds in the high-end investment arena. Responsible for the complete management of client estates involving insurance, investments, trusts and estate planning.

Responsible of building a book of business focused on the complete and comprehensive management of high-net-worth individuals, corporate pensions and private trusts. Specialty focus on managed accounts, mutual funds and equity syndicate deals from the investment banking side of the firm. Ranking in the top 5% of the firm, managed to win the highly prestigious "National Sales Director" Award. Specialty Licenses included, Series 7, 6, Series 61 and 63 and options trading.

Associate Vice President: Amica Insurance | 1997 through 1999

In working for the nation's highest customer service rated insurance company, responsible for the conversion of property and casualty insurance into sales across the broader spectrum of estate planning. Solutions often included life insurance, annuities and a wide spectrum of offerings of specialty insurances including disability and long-term care. Ranked as the highest producing first year agent in company's 30-year history.

Sales Associate and Sales Manager: Prudential Insurance | 1994 through 1997

Worked via phone and face to face interactions to build a book of business in life insurance and annuity sales. Promoted to sales manager after first year in the business to lead a team of sales professionals to exceed company set goals. Won "Rookie of the year" award in my first year of sales.
